Boss "Working girl"!

The NEW WOMAN BOSS is online!!! Here is "WORKING GIRL", an elegant shirt pattern, with ruffles and piped button placket! "Working girl" is also a no-brainer pattern: no darts, no collar ;-) But neat details that make all the difference.

For this version, I used a kind of matte satin with sequins, a completely crazy fabric that I found here in Bali... That said, it's not very strong and 100% polyester, so not necessarily ideal in terms of comfort.
To sew your "Working girl", I advise you to opt for a fluid and pleasant fabric to wear (as long as you do!): a pretty viscose, a fine cotton (plumetis, cambric) or a little more thick poplin type for chilly temperatures... Avoid crepe type fabrics that are too leaky, or else you risk a little hassle for ruffles...

The pattern is available from size 34 to 56.

Three sizes are available:
Size 34-46 at €8.90
Size 48-56 at €8.90
PACK Sizes 34-56 at €10.90

As with all Chut Charlotte patterns, seam allowances are included.
Regarding the level, this pattern is a bit technical, due to the piped button placket, buttonholes and ruffles. But it's not insurmountable for those who have already sewn a little! I did everything to avoid certain difficulties: no pliers, no collar!
And then, of course, the booklet is full of technical diagrams and explanations to accompany you step by step in its realization...

Yardage level, it is necessary to count approximately 130 cm if you take a fabric 140 cm wide. Also consider the piping! (approx. 115cm)
I hope I have made you want to sew yourself a "Working girl" shirt, for work, home or the crazy nights to come! Don't hesitate to ask me questions if you have any!

Above all, don't hesitate to send me photos of your beautiful creations(contact@chutcharlotte.com), or to "tag" me on social networks!

  • Bonjour, super cette transformation de la « rendez-vous « en haut d’allaitement ! Je voudrais la faire pour ma belle fille qui accouche bientôt. Dois-je prendre sa taille habituelle ou une taille au-dessus envie des montées de lait ? Merci bcp !
