Here are some photos taken last weekend, during the baptism of our little Zélie! Her two older sisters were dressed as "Mademoiselle"...
For the tallest one, I cut a size 8 years old, in turquoise cotton and Liberty Betsy (she's the one who chose her fabrics!):
I didn't make a buttonhole, but I applied snaps that I had previously covered. It's easy to do, and if you're allergic to buttonholes, it can be a great solution!
My big one didn't want a bow in the back, but it's pretty anyway:
For my 2nd year, I sewed a size 6 years old, in white cotton piqué bought from the St Pierre coupons, and blue Liberty Capel:
There I was able to tie a knot, and I prefer!
And here are the 2 proud big sisters!
