My new Fut'!

This week, I sewed myself a new FUT!

Initially there was this crazy fabric I stumbled across in Bali... (I can't find Liberty here - I know, it's awful - but I find some really pretty ones printed viscose or rayon...)

This time, I unearthed a navy blue viscose with pretty birds on it.

As I wasn't sure what to make of it, I asked the question on Instagram and Facebook (join me there, we're having fun!)

And so, I made pants out of them (with the LE FUT pattern)!

Of course I put on shiny piping (we don't get redone)!

Here I am sewing it:

And a few happy hours later, here is the result:

A new FUT!! I am glad !! Especially since this material (viscose or rayon) is super comfortable to wear, and very light, which is still better for life in the tropics...

That day, I was wearing one of my favorite dresses: the "Betty Boop" dress in a ultra flash coral color that I love!!

Back to our pants...

I initially chose to wear it with a red top, but frankly it was too colorful...

So I opted for a little "Lipstick" top very simple, all white, and I find it better:
